IMPORTANT GRADUATION INFORMATION

All seniors must:
1. Turn in their transition surveys to their guidance counselor
2. Turn in release of information forms
3. Schedule your Senior conference by November 30th

These items are all requirements for graduation and must be completed by December 18th.

Jostens Information (Cap and Gown/Graduation Material)

  1. •For orders taken this last Thursday, November 12th, you will receive a bill the following week for the remaining balance.

  2. •If you did not place an order on Thursday, November 12th for any reason, you must order online in the next 2 weeks at www.Jostens.com or by mail to receive the same pricing.  There are a few forms left in the guidance office.

  3. •Prices on all packages increase after Christmas.

  4. •Deadline to order: March 19th 2010.

Senior Graduation Pictures

  1. •All school pictures have been completed.  To order pictures, contact Bob McEachern Photographers, Inc., P.O. Box 343, Loudon, TN  37774 at 859.458.4651

  2. •Deadline to submit senior pictures not taken by the school photographers is Friday, April 30th.

  3. •Pictures should be submitted to Mrs. Centers, in room 261.

Kentucky Professional Education Preparation Program (PEPP)

For:  graduating seniors interested in the fields of Medicine and Dentistry.

This program will take place on our campus from June 16th to July 14th and the deadline to apply is March 3rd, 2010. Students from medically underserved counties will have the opportunity to live in university residence halls while participating in activities at the UK Chandler Medical Center, the UK Hospital, UK College of Medicine and UK College of Dentistry. Health-related seminars, Chemistry and Biology coursework and hospital rotations will be involved. Senior Yearbook Information

Yearbook forms were mailed out at the end of October, you can purchase your 2009/2010 yearbook by either mailing in the form, ordering online at www.jostensyearbooks.com, calling tollfree 1-866-282-1516, or bringing your money to room 261.

Looking for a great way to celebrate your child’s senior year, purchase a Senior recognition page in the back of this year’s yearbook.  You provide the pictures, we will design a page especially from you!  A Full Page is $200.00, Half Page is $110.00, and a Quarter Page ad is $75.00.
